Co-founded a leading marketing agency in Portugal (comon.pt), in 2001, grew the agency to 100 talented people working with some of the more relevant brands operating in the country. From insurance and banking, to retail and food, to consumer goods and business services.

Started a venture studio (builduplabs.com) in 2016. A company that optimizes the process of building new startups. Launched 15 startups. Exited 5. Failed many.

Took all the learning and methodologies we got from running the studio and created a startup incubator (incubator.builduplabs.com) to support companies at the different stages of their development and growth. More than 60 startup currently being supported from 25 different nationalities.

My goal is to help entrepreneurs and executives avoid the most common mistakes when starting and growing a new business.
