My diverse education includes an MBA and an MA in International Relations, and I firmly believe in the power of continuous learning. With two decades of global management consulting experience, I’ve seen that people are the most crucial yet often least understood part of business, leading me to become a leadership coach. Since moving to Asia in 2008, I’ve focused on Japan and Southeast Asia, pioneering women’s issues at Deloitte Japan. As an ICF-certified coach, I offer startups and corporate clients ‚tough love‘ by providing a space to tackle challenges and think critically. I help founders turn ideas into strategies, navigate business development phases, and rediscover their purpose, ensuring they feel confident leading their organizations through growth and expansion.
