I’m Chrystie – known as the “Startup Whisperer” – a tech entrepreneur and venture builder passionate about turning ideas into thriving businesses. After 20+ years as an international banking executive, I transitioned into the startup world to support founders and scale impactful ventures.

With a business degree from UTS and a finance diploma from FINSIA, I bring a strong financial lens and global experience from building businesses across Europe and Asia. Today, I lead the VSV Foundation, driving Vietnam’s startup ecosystem and empowering the next generation of leaders in Hanoi – my ancestral home.

I’m especially passionate about supporting women to be bold, entrepreneurial, and independent, and I work closely with youth to foster empathetic future leaders. Whether as a speaker, mentor, or judge, I bring a global perspective and deep commitment to social impact and innovation.
