My name is Rafael Citadella Daron, and I’m a seasoned business design professional with 15 years of experience developing products and services for digital and physical experiences.

I’ve worked on projects for a range of high-profile clients, including Samsung, Virgin Active, Renault, Nissan, Radio 105 Italia, RCI Bank, Lisbon City Council, Turismo Portugal, Giorgio Armani, Banco BAI – Angola, Adene, Beta-i, Viasoft, Sonae Sierra, Foroni, Ultragaz, Sebrae, Chopinzinho City Hall, ACEC, Startup Lisboa, and more.

As the Founder and CEO of Tog Lab consultancy, I’ve led innovative design initiatives and provided expert guidance to clients around the world. I also serve as the CDO of Productized and as a guest lecturer at Universidade Católica Portuguesa (PT) and TÉCNICO+ Advanced Formation (PT), as well as a teacher at Unyleya and UNIMATER (BR) and Wild Code School (FR).

I hold a Master’s degree in Service Design from Politecnico di Milano (IT), an Interaction Design Specialist certification from Faber Ludens Institute (BR), and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems from Centro de Ensino Unisep (BR).
