I am a Silicon Valley, Silicon Alley, and Seattle tech alumnus and serial tech entrepreneur who’s first love is politics in all its forms. Those two worlds collided in 2019. As a result I founded and lead CITIZN, Democracy’s Social Network; the first „Societal Network“.

In the past I led the worldwide commercialization efforts of many well-known technologies at Microsoft and at several Silicon Valley startups, some of which I founded myself. My eCRM company eAssist has won the Southern California’s best startup in 2000.

During my career I served on public, private, academic, and not-for-profit Boards of Directors. As CEO I led public and private companies, generated hundreds of millions in new shareholder value, raised over $100 million in capital, and led many complex transactions.
