I have extensive experience in the retail sector for more than 15 years, specialized in Innovation and technology and how to generate impact through them into the business. I had relevant positions in Decathlon Spain and Germany, in the most operational areas and as responsible for everything related to Innovation and Technology in the fashion company Desigual, building the area from scratch and being the main precursor of the first startup accelerator in the fashion industry in Spain, called Awesome Lab. Currently working as an independent innovation expert and advisor to different startups and corporations, as well as giving classes and acting as a speaker on innovation governance and enjoying also as writer in some fashion magazine and publishing some book. I love sports, travelling and nature, combining with some other hobbies like music, teather and art.
